In het diepe Zuiden van Duitsland, in Efringen-Baden, bezitten Hanspeter & zijn vrouw Edel een aantal bijzondere percelen waar ze memorabele wijnen maken. Spätburgunder, chasselas, pinot blanc, chardonnay. Hierover zegt hij: "In the cellar we only do the minimum of work necessary allowing the wines to rest and time to nature".
