In the spring of 2022 I toured Georgia for 5 weeks. Much of this I had the pleasure of having Maka Tarashvili as a guide. She combines Tourism and Vine & Wine culture. With a WSET diplome, a degree UC Davis wine tasting, she is also a professional wine guide, educator and lecture of vine & wine of Georgia. She is founder of My Wine Trail, Sakartvelo's certified guide association Vice President and much more. She is from Telavi Kakheti, the cradle of wine for 8000 years. I found her to be both professional and pleasant to deal with. And above all she was an adept wine taster. Thank you my dear Maka.
